In partnership with Bentall Kennedy, Gracorp developed the Kelowna Community Health and Services Centre, located in downtown Kelowna, B.C. This 150,000 square foot centre has been leased to the Interior Health Authority and houses approximately 800 staff who offer a wide variety of health-care services to support local patients. These services cover a range of community health, public health and administrative functions, including:

  • Kelowna Mental Health
  • Seniors Mental Health
  • Eating Disorders Clinic
  • Community Ambulatory Treatment Clinic
  • Capital Planning and Projects
  • Information Management/Information Technology
  • Workplace Health and Safety
  • Corporate Offices

The five-storey building includes 80 parking stalls. Graham began construction in the fall of 2014 and the facility opened October 2016.
